The group was established in 2000 and went into production of Electrical and Automation systems in 2002. After 4 years of development, it has been one of the professional manufacturers of Electrical and Automation systems in the field of industrial plants in Iran.

In 2005, the founders resolved to develop company as an EPC contractor of Industrial Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants, Desalination and Demineralization Plants, Condensate Polishing Plants, Electro Chlorination Plants, RO systems and all other general mechanical and electrical project in the field of Power Plants and Oil & Gas utilities.

The Falat Sanat Ideh Company has been established by Saman Energy Managers (with the same Board of Directors) to be responsible for EPC (Turn Key) Projects in the field of Industrial Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants, Saman Energy is responsible for Electrical and Automation Projects.

Today SAMAN GROUP has been registered as one of the professional EPC contractor in the vendor list of main clients in Iran.
